Terms of Service – Sugarboard

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the website, online store, mobile application, and products offered by Sugarboard ("Sugarboard", "we", "our", or "us").
The site is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide e-commerce services.
By accessing the site, using our services, or purchasing a Sugarboard product, you accept these Terms as well as our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use our services.
ARTICLE 1 — SITE ACCESS AND USER ACCOUNT
To use our services, you must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from your legal representative.

Sugarboard is an electronic device with an LED matrix allowing the secondary display of CGM data from compatible third-party services.
The product may be compatible with certain third-party CGM tracking services and community platforms.
The list of compatible services is provided for indicative purposes, is non-exhaustive, and is subject to change at any time according to technical, contractual, or regulatory modifications made by the relevant third-party providers.
Important — Medical Disclaimer
Sugarboard:
The source CGM sensor and its official application remain the only sources of medical reference.
No medical, therapeutic, or emergency decision should be made solely on the basis of the information displayed by Sugarboard.
In case of doubt, alert, or medical situation, the user must always verify the data via the official medical device and consult a healthcare professional.
ARTICLE 3 — COMPATIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

ARTICLE 4 — MOBILE APPLICATION
The Sugarboard iOS application only allows:
Once the product is configured, the application may no longer be necessary for the daily operation of the device.
CGM data does not transit through Sugarboard servers but is transmitted directly between the compatible third-party services and the firmware embedded in the device.

Any order placed on our store constitutes a purchase offer.
